What payment methods do you accept
We accept Backcard, Mastercard, and Visa. Also, for Australian customers we also accept Direct Bank Deposit and Australia Post Money Orders. COD can be arranged if requested ( All costs are at your own expense).

Unless requested otherwise we will hold your order until these items arrive. You will be notified if there are any anticipated delays. If you don't wish for these goods to hold up the remainder of your order then please order these items separately.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card at your shop
Bead Needs uses Australias most popular Credit Card Gateway, used by 60 percent of the Australian market. All credit card information is transmitted via secure industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption provided by GeoTrust. Credit Card details are used only for processing during checkout and no Credit Card details are ever stored in the Bead Needs database
I still dont want to put my card details over the internet, can I call you with them
Well, yes you can, but we do our manual transactions via a separate secure site on the internet. We are unable to process credit cards manually at this stage.
How much is shipping
You will find that postage costs are generally less than the cost of petrol for a drive out to your local bead shop (if you are lucky enough to have one!). Most orders we process have a delivery fee under $5.00. You can check the costs by entering checkout which will calculate the exact cost. You can then either proceed through checkout, continue shopping or delay your order (Your shopping cart will be saved so you can come back to it another day)

Whilst our entire product range is listed on the site if what you are after is not there, then let us know. We have many thousands of products available to us that arent currently listed in our product range! So there is every chance that we could order the product in for you.
Why are some quantities not available for similar products
When a products stock level becomes low, certain quantities will no longer be available. If the item completely sells out, it will not be available for purchase but you can request to receive an email from us when it is back in stock. Just click on the link shown in the products description of the out of stock item. We do, however, endeavor to keep the stock levels up.
Your prices are so cheap! How do you do it
We keep our overheads low by not having a conventional shop front and working in a warehouse environment. We also import most of our goods direct from the manufacturers and can therefore sell these items direct to you at true wholesale prices.
Do you sell wholesale if I have an ABN
As mentioned above we import most of our own products allowing us to sell to you at reduced prices. We do not have a seperate catalogue for wholesale buyers. All our wholesale prices are accessible via this website to anyone who needs to purchase larger qtys. Our true wholesale prices can be accessed just by selecting the largest packet size for that product. Most of these discounts are 50% cheaper than our retail (small qty) prices. Thats a true wholesale discount!
Its been xx days and I havent received my beads, when did you send them
We pack and send orders daily... Your order will usually be sent the day after payment shows and often the same day if you have paid via credit card. Australia Post often has busy periods and we have had parcels take up to 7 days or more to arrive! Most people though, comment on how fast they receive their order!!

Do you offer bulk discounts
All our products have standard volume discounts, often up to 50% off for the larger quantity.
Can I use your images for resale or other purposes
